National Conference on Role of Management Science in Decision Making (RMSDM 2009) is a platform to consider all the aspects of decision making and the attempt is to incorporate various decision making tools and its relevant applications in the field of management. Decision making is an art, central to all human activities. Even, management science can be best explained as managing resources by taking proper decisions. In today’s global scenario the competition in various business fields has reached its high point. Managers and executives have to make better and faster operational and strategic decisions, to survive in present competitive world. The objective of the conference is to provide a forum to present and discuss latest developments and applications in the field of decision making with reference to business management.
