Fortis Sustainable Development Fund

Objective : To generate long-term capital growth from an actively managed portfolio of equity and equity related securities primarily of the Socially Responsible Companies focusing on Sustainable Development. The Scheme will aim to identify investment opportunities in companies across all ranges of market-capitalization, defined as \\\"Socially Responsible Companies\\\".

Structure : A 3-year close ended Equity Fund, with an automatic conversion into an open ended Scheme on expiry of 3 years from the date of allotment.

Inception Date : March 30, 2007

Plans and Options under the Plan :
Growth Option and Dividend Option. The Dividend Option offers Dividend Payout and Dividend Re-investment facilities.

Face Value (Rs/Unit): Rs. 10

Minimum Investment :
A minimum of Rs. 5,000 per application and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter. There is no upper limit.

Entry Load : Nil.

Exit Load : In case of redemption before the Maturity Date of the Scheme, proportionate unamortized initial issue expenses would be recovered from the redemption proceeds of the investors.
