Awadhi Parathas Recipes

This paratha/parotta belongs to the southernmost part of Indian and it has got many variants. The parathas we make or that are available in the market are cut into small pieces and this along with the other ingredients are mixed in a pan and fried. This is a famous street food in South India and if you want to make it at home, even then it is very easy to make.

Paratha fanatics, hold your breath because the lachcha paratha is going to take your breath away. It looks like complicated science, but once you get a hang of the trick to roll out the dough, you'll be doling out those crispy yummy parathas.

If you're bored of the usual paratha, maybe you can lend the breakfast staple a slight twist by substituting the potatoes with green peas. The best way to go would be by using seasonal fresh peas in the winter, but if you wish to make some now, feel free to use frozen ones.
