  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1/2 Cup ghee
  • 2-1/2 Cups water
  • 1 Cup sugar
How to make Atta Halwa:
  • Take water and sugar in a skillet and bring it to a boil, to dissolve the sugar.
  • Mix the flour with ghee and cook it till it turns brown.
  • Combine sugar water with it.
  • Keep stirring and when it thickens remove it from the gas.
  • Atta Halwa is ready to serve.

the ratio of ghee to aata should be 1:4 not 1:2 as u mentioned.
