| Ingredients: |

• 2 Bunches palak
• 2 Potatoes
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1 Onion
• 2 Garlic flakes
• 1 Ginger
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp Corainder powder
• 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

| How to make Aloo Palak: |
| • | Cut palak, onion, tomatoes and potatoes.
|
| • | Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
|
| • | Fry onions till they turn transparent.
|
| • | Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
|
| • | Add ginger garlic paste.
|
| • | Mix it well.
|
| • | Add potatoes and tomatoes.
|
| • | Cook till oil leaves the side of the pan.
|
| • | Add palak and salt.
|
| • | Cook it for 20 minutes over medium flame.
|
| • | Aloo Palak is ready. |
