Raita is one of the best known dishes made with curd and this does not require any cooking. For some people, biryani is not complete without raita. There is a lot of variety of this food item and people experiment a lot with this adding their preferred veggies in curd. Aloo raita is as easy as any other raita and all we need to add in curd is boiled potato and the seasoning we like.

Ingredients:
  • 3 Boiled potatoes
  • 2 Cups curd
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp Oil
How to make Aloo Raita:
  • Beat the curd till it turns smooth.
  • Add chopped potatoes and mix it well.
  • Heat the oil and add cumin seeds, pepper, and red chili and stir it for a moment.
  • Add it to potato curd mixture.
  • Spinkle salt to taste.
