Amaretto Vodka Recipe

• 225ml Water
• 200g Caster Sugar
• 75g Dark Brown Soft Sugar
• 550ml Vodka
• 2 tbsp Almond Essence
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

• Add water and sugar (both caster and dark brown soft sugar) in a saucepan and boil it over medium heat.
• Boil until the sugar gets dissolved.
• Remove it from heat and allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
• Stir in vodka, almond and vanilla essence into the mixture.
• Enjoy it warm or chilled.
