- 120 g Semolina
- 375 g Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 small Egg (beaten)
How to make Ancient Greek Pulp:
- Soak semolina in plenty of water, until soft.
- Strain and mix with ricotta cheese, honey, and egg.
- Heat the mixture at low temperature. Do not boil.
- Ladle into soup bowls and serve.
