Ingredients:
  • 50g Ground nuts
  • 12 Green Chilies
  • Tamarind
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 25g Fried Chana Dal
  • ¼ spoons Jeera
  • 3 table spoon Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Andhra Groundnut Pachadi:
  • Heat Oil in a pan and fry groundnuts.
  • Add all the Green chilies and fry it.
  • Put off the flame and then let it cool down.
  • Put the cooled ingredients in a grinder with garlic, salt, Jeera, Fried Chana Dal, Tamarind and then make it a paste.

Serve with hot dosa/ idly
