Ingredients:
• 1 Apple
• 3 cups Fresh Curd
• 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Salt to taste
How to make Apple Raita:
Peel off the apple and cut into small pieces.
Beat the curd till it becomes smooth.
Mix apple in curd.
Add pepper, sugar and salt.
Mix properly and chill for an hour.
Apple Raita is ready.
