Ingredients:
  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 4 Apricots (fresh or canned & drained)
  • 4 slices mild Cheddar Cheese
How to make Aprikoosivoileipa:
  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Butter one side of the bread slices. Cut the slices in half.
  • Carefully arrange 2 halves of apricots on each slice of bread with the cut side down.
  • Top the slices with Cheddar cheese.
