• 1 large Orange
• 4 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 1 clove Garlic (sliced into shards)
• 200g Provencal Black Olives (pitted)

| How to make Baked Olives With Orange & Bay: |
| • | Take a baking tin and in put a large square foil.
|
| • | Cut two strips of zest from the orange.
|
| • | Mix all the ingredients along with orange juice.
|
| • | Wrap the foil and close it completely.
|
| • | Preheat the oven at 325 degree F and bake for 15 minutes.
