  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Chick Beans
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium Red Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 Lemons (juice)
  • 1/3 cup of Cilantro (minced)
  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Little Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper (crushed)
  • 3 Avocados sprinkled with lemon juice
How to make Bean Dip:
  • Drain the black beans and chick beans using colander.
  • Slice the avocado into pieces.
  • Take beans with the remaining ingredients except avocado in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Add avocado pieces and pour over lemon juice. Refrigerate it covered.
  • Serve it chilled with chips.
