  • ½ kg Beans (chopped)
  • 3 small Onions
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Beans Thoran:
  • Grind coconut, turmeric, onions, and green chilies together into a paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add beans and garlic. Mix well.
  • Add the onion paste and stir to coat over the beans.
  • Mix in curry leaves and salt. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
