Ingredients:
  • 2 kg Beef (cubed)
  • 1 large piece Ginger
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tomato (blended)
  • 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Beef Roast:
  • Grind ginger, garlic, black pepper, and ¼ tsp turmeric powder together.
  • Mix beef with ground spices and salt in a pressure cooker. Pressure cook for around 20 minutes. Separate the gravy and beef.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add coriander powder, red chili powder, remaining turmeric powder, and garam masala. Fry for a minute on low flame.
  • Pour into the beef gravy and simmer until it discharges oil.
  • Stir in tomato, tomato sauce, and vinegar. Cook till the oil separates.
  • Add beef and cook until deep brown in color. Make sure that the curry dries up completely.
  • Serve hot.
