| Ingredients: |

• 4 Slices fresh carp
• 2 Jalapenos
• 1/2 tsp Panchforon
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric
• 2 tbsp Mustard seeds
• 2 tbsp Oil

| How to make Bengali Fish Curry: |
| • | Apply 1/4 tsp of the turmeric and salt to the fish.
|
| • | Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish till it becomes golden brown. Take out the fish and keep it separate.
|
| • | Make a paste of mustard seeds, jalapenos and 1/2 cup water in a blender.
|
| • | Add this mustard paste in the remaining oil. Add panchforon to it.
|
| • | Fry the mixture for about 5 minutes and add fish, turmeric and salt.
|
| • | Cook for about 10 minutes until well cooked.
|
| • | Bengali Fish Curry is ready. Garnish the dish with cilantro. |
