| Ingredients: |

• 500 gms Bhindi
• 2 Onions
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Mango powder
• 1 tsp Red chili
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 3 tbsps Oil
• Salt to taste

| How to make Bhindi Masala: |
| • | Cut Bhindi into halves.
|
| • | Stuff turmeric powder, mango powder, red chili, garam masala and salt into sliced Bhindi and keep it aside.
|
| • | Cut the onions and fry it till it turns brown.
|
| • | Add sliced Bhindi and fry it till it turns crisp.
|
| • | Serve it with hot chapati and curd.
