Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp Jeera
  • 6 Dates
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 piece Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Channa
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Whole Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Thick Tamarind Juice
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Aniseed
  • 1/4 Coconut (dry)
  • 1.5 kg Baby Potatoes
  • 5 Red Chilies
  • 5 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 10-15 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Peanuts
How to make Bombay Potatoes:
  • Heat oil and pan fry ground spices and curry leaves for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add onions, tomatoes and potatoes and sauté it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Toss it with chopped coriander.
  • Serve it hot.

hiiiiiii...U have not said as to which spices have to be ground..what do u do with the tamarind juice???
