Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Jeera
• 6 Dates
• 4 Cloves
• 2 piece Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Channa
• 1 Onion
• 1 Tomato
• 1/2 tsp Whole Black Pepper
• 2 tsp Thick Tamarind Juice
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 1 tsp Salt
• 5 cloves Garlic
• 1 tbsp Aniseed
• 1/4 Coconut (dry)
• 1.5 kg Baby Potatoes
• 5 Red Chilies
• 5 Green Chillies
• 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
• 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
• 10-15 Curry Leaves
• 1 tbsp Peanuts
How to make Bombay Potatoes:
Heat oil and pan fry ground spices and curry leaves for 2-3 minutes.
Now add onions, tomatoes and potatoes and sauté it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Toss it with chopped coriander.
Serve it hot.

hiiiiiii...U have not said as to which spices have to be ground..what do u do with the tamarind juice???
