  • 1¼ oz dry Yeast
  • ½ cup Warm Water
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 cup melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • 6 Eggs
How to make Brioche:
  • Dissolve yeast in warm water and mix with a cup of flour.
  • Combine remaining flour, with salt and sugar in a bowl.
  • Beat in 3 eggs one by one.
  • Add butter and combine thoroughly. Stir another 3 eggs whisking fast.
  • Add the yeast-flour mixture into the batter and beat until smooth.
  • Cover and let it rise until double in size.
  • Divide and shape dough into two round loaves. Put into a loaf pan and let it rise for another hour.
  • Bake loaves into a preheated oven to 375 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool, slice and serve.
