Ingredients:
• 1 Cup broccoli (small florets)
• 1/2 Cup mushroom (chopped finely)
• 3/4 Cup fresh cream
• 1/4 tsp White pepper powder
• 3-4 tsp Oil
• Salt to taste
• 3-4 Cups cooked rice
How to make Broccoli & Mushroom Steamed Rice:
In a pan, heat 1 tsp of oil.
Add broccoli florets and fry for a while.
Add mushroom and fry on a high flame till done.
Add salt and white pepper powder to this.
Add rice and mix well.
Toss the rice with fresh cream.
Broccoli & Mushroom Steamed Rice is ready.
