Ingredients:
  • For Slaw
  • 2 (16 oz) packages Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 (3 oz.) package Noodles (oriental flavor or any flavor you have on hand)
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions (both white and green parts)
  • 1 cup Unsalted Peanuts

    For Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 packet Seasoning (from the noodles)
How to make Broccoli Slaw:
  • For Slaw
  • Using a rolling pin, crush the noodles. This can be done while the noodles are still in the package, or you can remove the noodles and place them in a sealed zip-loc bag and then crush them.
  • Toss together the broccoli slaw, crushed noodles and green onions in a large salad bowl. Set aside.

    For Dressing
  • Whisk together sugar, oil, vinegar and seasoning packet in a small bowl, making the dressing.

    For Serving
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the peanuts on top.
  • Serve immediately.
