Bulgogi Recipe

  • 450 gm Beef (refrigerated)
  • 3 Green Onions (minced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
How to make Bulgogi:
  • Trim fat from beef; cut beef into 1/8 inch slices.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir in beef until well coated.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Drain beef; fry in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until light brown.
  • Put off the flame and serve Bulgogi with hot rice.
