| Ingredients: |

• 450 gm Beef (refrigerated)
• 3 Green Onions (minced)
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
• 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 3 tbsp Sugar

| How to make Bulgogi: |
| • | Trim fat from beef; cut beef into 1/8 inch slices.
|
| • | Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir in beef until well coated.
|
| • | Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
|
| • | Drain beef; fry in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until light brown.
|
| • | Put off the flame and serve Bulgogi with hot rice. |
