• 2 cups Water
• A pinch of Salt
How to make Buttermilk:
Beat the curd in a blender for 15 - 20 seconds.
Add water to the above and mix thoroughly.
Add salt, stir well and buttermilk is ready to serve.

The recipe sounds like recipe for salted lassi. I understand that for buttermilk one needs to use much less curd than what is specified. I am not sure what should be correct ratio of water to curd. Can anyone help please?

bhai atleast you should write ki milk with curdle is butter milk or removing milk curdle and water left is butter milk
