Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Cabbage (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup Grated Coconut
  • 3 Green Chilly
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 Shallots
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 sprig of Curry Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
How to make Cabbage Thoran:
  • Take together coconut, green chilly, garlic, shallots, cumin & turmeric powder and grind it making into nice paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds. Mix in cabbage and flavor it with salt to taste. Cook it until cabbage is half tender.
  • Add the paste and continue cooking on low flame.
  • Serve it hot with curry leaves on the top.
