Ingredients:
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Capsicums (chopped)
  • 5 tsp Coconut (grated)
  • 2 cup Curd (Yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
How to make Capsicum Raita :
  • Heat oil in frying pan.
  • When hot, add mustard seeds.
  • Roast until they splutter.
  • Add onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add chopped capsicum and fry till it becomes soft.
  • Put off the heat and set aside.
  • Take curd in a bowl and add grated coconut, sugar salt and chilly powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Finally, add fried capsicum masala and mix well.
  • Serve chilled.
Suggestions:
Serve with pulao or stuffed parathas.
