  • 6 g Sugar
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • ½ liter Milk
  • 6 Eggs
  • Little Nutmeg Powder
How to make Caramel Cream:
  • Caramelize the sugar and grease the baking pan with it.
  • Combine condensed milk with milk, eggs, and nutmeg powder in a bowl. Beat thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture into the baking pan.
  • Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  • Remove and cool to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Serve cold.
