  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Moong Dal
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Chana Dal
  • 1/4 cup Corn (boiled)
  • 1 Mango (raw)
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 pinch Salt
How to make Carrot Cucumber Salad:
  • Soak moong and channa dal for half an hour.
  • Take a bowl and add grated carrot, cucumber and corn (boiled).
  • Now add half grated raw mango.
  • In a blender, mix soaked dals, grated mango and chillies.
  • Spoon this paste to carrots and cucumber.
  • Sprinkle salt and fresh lemon juice and serve it.
