| • | Melt the butter in pan and fry the chopped spring onions and celery for about 3 to 4 minutes.

| • | Add potatoes and seethe again for few minutes.

| • | Pour 5 cups water and cook.

| • | When everything is cooked, blend the mixture in a liquidizer and then strain.

| • | Now boil the soup for few minutes.
|
| • | Add three-quarters of beaten cream to the soup.
|
| • | Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
|
| • | Cream of celery soup is ready. |
