| • | Mix ? cup of water, 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp salt and wheat flour. Prepare dough of mixture.

| • | Knead the dough. Do not make it so hard.

| • | Leave it for an hour.

| • | Make the balls from the dough bigger than the puris.
|
| • | Smear the balls with flour.
|
| • | Prepare chapatis from balls on a rolling board.
|
| • | Smear little amount of ghee on chapati tawa. Keep it on the flame.
|
| • | Moderately roast both the sides of chapati on tawa.
|
| • | Chapati is ready to serve. |
