Ingredients:
  • For Chicken Balls
  • 1 Chicken Breast (minced)
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • ½ tbsp Ajinomoto
  • ½ tbsp White Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Salt

    For Soup
  • 100 g Cheese (grated)
  • 4 cups Chicken Stock
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 Carrot (thin long strips)
  • 2 leave Cabbage (thin long strips)
  • 8 Mushrooms (boiled and sliced)
  • ½ tbsp Ajinomoto
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp White Pepper
  • 2 Eggs (white)
How to make Chicken Balls In Cheese Soup:
  • Mix all the ingredients with the chicken except the stock.
  • Make round balls out of the mixture.
  • Boil the stock and drop the balls into it.
  • Let it be on flame for 10 minutes.
  • Take out the balls.
  • Save the left over stock for soup
  • Boil the stock for 10 minutes with pepper.
  • Drop the chicken balls with the vegetables. Let the vegetables get half cooked.
  • Mix the egg white into the soup.
  • Sprinkle cheese over it.
Suggestions:
Serve with plain noodles.
