| Ingredients: |

• 1 lb Chicken
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 3 tsp Dhania powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 2 Green chilies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Chili powder
• 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
• A pinch of nutmeg and pepper powder
• Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil as required

| How to make Chicken Fry: |
| • | Heat oil in a pan.
|
| • | Add onions, garam masala, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
|
| • | Fry till onions turn brown.
|
| • | Now add chicken pieces, turmeric, pepper and chili powder.
|
| • | Cook it for about 5 minutes.
|
| • | Add salt and dhania powder.
|
| • | Cook until it is done.
|
| • | Garnish it with cilantro. |
