Replaced the cream with natural plain yogurt and did not add cardamom pods or cloves because I didn't have them and the flaked almonds because I do not like lumps lol... also added 4 cloves of garlic instead of 3 and 1 tsp of garam masala, delicious! Submitted by: Karen

I replaced the cream by coconot milk and it was just as delicious but a lot healthier!
