  • 2 Chicken Breasts (grilled, boneless & cut into ½" stripes)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ cup Green Onions (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 2 cups Mushroom (sliced)
  • 2 cups Whipping Cream
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Linguine (cooked)
How to make Chicken Primavera:
  • In a large pan melt the butter.
  • Add red pepper, mushroom, onions and garlic, and cook for 7-8 minutes or, until brown in colour.
  • Add basil, cream, chicken and salt, and blend well.
  • Cook it covered for 10 minutes, until chicken is done and the gravy turns into medium thick. Stir occasionally.
  • Place the cooked linguine in a serving plates and pour the chicken over it.
Serve hot.
