  • 1 Cup rice, uncooked
  • 8 Pieces chicken
  • 6 Cups chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tbsp Butter or margarine
  • 1 Small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup celery, chopped
  • 3 Cups water
  • Salt to taste
How to make Chicken Rice:
  • Bring water to a boil in the Dutch oven and then add bouillon cubes to it.
  • Combine the other ingredients with bouillon and water, except chicken.
  • Now season the chicken with salt and lay the pieces on the top of the rice mixture.
  • Cook it for about 1-1/2 hours at 400 degrees F.
