Chicken Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 Chopped onion
• 1 Cup cooked chicken
• 1 Small tomato
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
• Chili powder
• 2 Eggs
• Salt to taste
• Few chapatis
How to make Chicken Rolls:
Fry the onions in oil in a pan.
Pour ginger-garlic paste and again fry for 3-4 minutes. Few drops of water can be added.
Mix tomatoes and cooked chicken. Fry well.
Now add chili powder, garam masala and salt. Fry till done.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt to taste.
Heat oil and add 2 tbsp of the egg. Cover with a chapati.
When eggs are cooked, flip the chapati and fill it with little of chicken mix.
Roll up the chapati.
Chicken Roll is ready.
Serve it hot with ketchup.
