Ingredients:
• 1 kg Cauliflower (chopped)
• 200 gms (7.054oz) Ginger (chopped)
• 300 gms (10.5 oz) Garlic (chopped)
• Coriander Leaves
• 1 Onions (chopped)
• 200 gms All purpose Flour/ Maida
• 1 Egg
• 1 Bell pepper (chopped)
• 10 Green Chilies (chopped)
• Agin-O- Motto (a pinch)
• Chili Powder
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• 5 tbsp Vinegar
How to make Chili Gobi:
Mix all purpose flour, garlic paste, ginger, salt, beaten egg, chili powder and make a fine paste.
Add cauliflower to the prepared paste and leave it for about 45 minutes.
Heat some oil in a deep fry pan.
Fry the mixed cauliflower inside it till it gets dark red in color.
Add onions, bell pepper (capsicum), ginger, vinegar, green chilies, agin-o-motto, salt and garlic on another pan and deep fry it
Add fried cauliflower to it and roast it thoroughly.
Take chili gobi out and sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
Suggestions:
Serve hot as a side dish
