  • 350 gm Chicken (minced)
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 4 Bread Slices (soaked)
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • Bread Crumbs (for coating)
  • Oil (for frying)
How to make Chili Nuggets:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine together chicken, green chilies, coriander leaves, garlic paste, bread slices, salt and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into small nuggets and dip into the beaten eggs.
  • Heat the oil in a small frying pan and roll the nuggets over the crumbs.
  • Fry over medium heat, until golden on both sides.
  • Remove and drain on a kitchen towel.
  • Serve hot.
