Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
  • 1½ tbsp Fish Sauce
  • ¾ lb Chinese Chive Flowers (cut)
How to make Chinese Chive Flowers with Shrimp:
  • Cut the Chinese chive flowers into i1 ½ inch pieces.
  • Chop the garlic.
  • Peel and clean the shrimp.
  • Heat a skillet and add the oil. Then put in the garlic and stir fry.
  • When the garlic gets brown add the shrimps.
  • When the shrimps start to get a little pink add the chive flowers and cook.
  • Now add the fish sauce and sugar.
  • When the flowers get tender remove from heat.
  • Serve with rice.
