  • Pint of clams
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Red Pepper Powder (to taste)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Clam Fritter:
  • Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except oil. Whisk well with a tablespoon.
  • Heat enough oil in a pan (3-4 inches deep).
  • Drop the mixture by a spoon in small batches.
  • Fry until golden brown. Transfer into a plate and sprinkle salt.
  • Serve hot.
