  • 100 g raw Mangoes (finely chopped)
  • 10 g Ginger (minced)
  • ½ bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 5 Green Chilies (deseeded and finely chopped)
  • ½ large Coconut (grated)
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Coconut Milk Salad:
  • Extract thick milk from grated coconut.
  • Combine coconut milk with rest of the ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss to mix well.
