  • 1 cup Paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn, boiled
  • 1/2 cup Onion Puree
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 4 Tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/2 cup Curds, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Broken Cashews
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seed
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Warm Milk
How to make Corn Paneer:
  • Soak cashew nuts and poppy seeds in warm milk for about 25 minutes. Thereafter, add garlic and ginger and grind to make a smooth paste.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and add onions, bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves. Sauté till the onions turn golden brown.
  • Now, add chili powder, ground paste and tomatoes. Simmer the mixture for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Next, pour the curd and cream and add sugar, garam masala and salt. Simmer until the gravy thickens and oil separates from it.
  • In case the gravy is too thick, add some water.
  • Now, add paneer and corn in the mixture and mix well.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves. The yummy corn paneer delight is ready to be gorged upon!!
