  • ½ kg Crab (diced)
  • 200 g Onion (sliced)
  • 25 g Ginger
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 25 g Garlic
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Tomato (chopped)
  • 1½ glass Coconut Milk
  • Garam Masala (to flavor)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 25 g Coriander Powder
  • 30 g Chili Powder
  • 100 g Coconut Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Crab Masala:
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chilies, until the onion turns brown.
  • Add all the spices and some tomato. Stir.
  • Place crab and enough water in the pan. Cook till the crab turns tender.
  • Add coconut milk and remaining tomatoes. Mix.
  • Serve hot.
