Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 Red Onion (shredded)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1½ cup Cream
  • Salt (to taste)
  • White Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

    For the Garnish:
  • 1 tbsp Lingonberry Jam
How to make Creamed Cabbage:
  • Take cabbage, along with onion, garlic and cream in a skillet and get to a boil.
  • Thereafter, cook on low flame for 10 minutes, or until well cooked. Stir occasionally.
  • Mix in sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer into a serving platter and garnish with lingonberry jam.
  • Serve hot with meatballs.
