• 1 large Cucumber (seeded and diced)
• 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper (diced)
• 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
• 2 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp White Vinegar (distilled)
• 1/4 tsp Cumin (ground)
• 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
• 1/8 tsp Salt
How to make Cucumber Pepper Raita:
In a medium sized bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Set for chilling.
Serve chilled.
