- 1 large Cucumber (seeded and diced)
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp White Vinegar (distilled)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin (ground)
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
How to make Cucumber Pepper Raita:
- In a medium sized bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Set for chilling.
- Serve chilled.
