| Ingredients: |

• 1/2 Cup cabbage
• 1/2 Cup paneer
• 1/4 Cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Green chili paste
• 3/4 Cup mashed potatoes
• 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
• Oil
• Salt to taste

| How to make Cutlet: |
| • | Rub salt in cabbage and leave it aside for about 10 minutes.

| • | Squeeze the water out.
|
| • | Add paneer crumbs, mashed potatoes and remaining ingredients.
|
| • | Mix properly and divide it into 6 parts.
|
| • | Prepare long oval balls and apply breadcrumbs over each of them.
|
| • | Heat griddle with little oil and shallow fry the cutlets in it.
|
| • | Cutlet is ready to serve.
|
| • | Serve them with sauce. |
