| • | Take a pan and heat oil in it.

| • | Add cumin seeds to the heated oil.

| • | When the seeds start spluttering add the diced boiled potatoes.
|
| • | Now add salt, chilli powder, haldi powder and garam masala powder.
|
| • | Saute for a few minutes and then remove the pan from the stove.

| • | Pour the yoghurt in a bowl and whip it properly.
|
| • | Make a small hole at the centre of each puri.
|
| • | Now put into it the boiled peas, potato mixture and little sweet chutney.
|
| • | Pour two tsp of yogurt into the puri.
|
| • | Garnish the puri with coriander leaves, red chilli powder, black salt and roasted cumin seeds. Sprinkle little salt and serve hot and spicy dahi puris. |
