- ¼ cup Butter
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup All-Purpose-Flour (Maida)
How to make Danish Pancakes:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Beat eggs and combine with milk and flour.
- Melt butter in two pi-plates (half-half).
- Divide the batter between these pie plates.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
