  • 4 Dates
  • 1 tbsp grated Apple
  • 3 Almonds (soaked)
  • 2 Cashew Nuts (soaked)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup Milk
How to make Date Shake:
  • Place dates, apple, almonds, cashew nuts, and milk in a blender and process into a fine foamy shake.
  • Stir in honey and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled.
