Ingredients:
  • 4 medium sized boiled Potato (chopped in cubes)
  • 1Tomato
  • 1/2 Potato (boiled)
  • 3 tsp Yogurt
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves (approximately 2cup chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice or Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
How to make Dhaniya Aloo:
  • Add all the ingredients accept the 4 boiled potatoes (chopped in cubes) in a mixer grinder. Pour a little water on it and grind it to make a smooth thick paste.
  • Arrange all cubed potatoes in a deep bowl and carefully fold in the paste with the potatoes.
