- 1 cup Garlic Flakes
- 1 cup dry Coconut (shredded)
- 1 cup Peanuts (roasted)
- 1 handful Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup dry Red Chilies
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Dry Garlic Chutney:
- Roast all the ingredients separately, one at a time.
- Remove and keep aside to cool.
- Grind all the roasted ingredients together, along with salt, to make a fine powder.
